Within an agreed scope, we prepare a shipment-information brief, a comparison of the estimates you provide and a list of questions for your selected transport and customs providers. The aim is to identify missing costs and unclear responsibilities before you approve a purchase.

Bring the shipment details together

• Origin and delivery addresses, product description, quantity and supplier readiness date.
• Package count, dimensions, gross weight and any temperature, hazardous-goods or special-handling requirements.
• Required arrival date, delivery access and supplier delivery terms, including the named place.
• Existing supplier offers and any transport estimates you are authorized to share. Incomplete information is welcome as a starting point.

Compare the same delivery scope

We organize client-supplied estimates by route, shipment size, currency, validity and delivery basis. The review identifies whether collection, freight, insurance, destination charges and final delivery are included. Confirmed duty and tax inputs come from your customs provider; other amounts remain labeled as estimates or pending. Transit estimates are compared separately from production time and are not delivery guarantees.
